At The Homestead, we are offering you the opportunity to put together your own special party: you pick the theme and you invite the guests; we provide the perfect upscale setting along with a wonderful, eclectic mix of decorating and gift items. Your guests are not required to make any purchase at the ‘Ten for a Cause’ event, however ten percent of the gross sales are donated to your organization.
Possible themes for your party could be one of the holidays, any season, a garden party, a Victorian tea, home decorating trends, or an era in history. The possibilities are endless!
Working with you in the planning stages our firm puts together items from our vast array of suppliers that fit the theme for your party. For example, if your organization wishes to have a garden party, a variety of items revolving around that theme (such as outdoor décor and entertaining merchandise, planting containers, and other items of interest to gardeners) could be purchased during the party. Most everyone will find at least one item that catches their eye.
We can also help arrange for speakers or other entertainment to enhance the party. At the end of the event we total up all the sales and write a check to the organization for ten percent and present it to your representative right then and there! It’s that simple, and everyone has a wonderful time!
